At Virgin Hair & Beauty, we strive for complete satisfaction with our premium human hair extensions. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for products in their original, unused, and hygienic condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the hair extensions are in their original packaging with all ties and security seals intact; for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept hair that has been brushed or unraveled.

  Ship the Product

  Securely pack your items and ship them back to our warehouse using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return arrives safely for processing.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the hair, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
